As with switching from Cream to Serum to moisturise, a mind shift is necessary but definitely worth a go. For most people, going back to a lotion or soap cleanser, alcohol toner and cream moisturiser would be unthinkable once they have experienced the gentle effectiveness of a totally natural facial regime.
