Gua Sha is an ancient technique that began in Asia thousands of years ago. It involves using varying types of tools to massage the areas you wish to treat. It can be used all over the body for injuries and areas of discomfort but here we are concentrating on creating a lovely glow to your face and to decrease puffiness. It's up to you whether you use a heart shaped or roller tool. The roller can be more gentle but the heart shape can get into the smaller areas and contours of your face.
Gua means to “rub” or “scrape.”
Sha means “red or “skin rash.”
To perform Gua Sha simply repeatedly massage your jawline, forehead, nose, cheeks and neck with your Gua Sha tool of choice until the area you are treating becomes a little pink. Always err on the side of caution - less can be more. A gentle massage with a Gua Sha tool will still give great results.
A fantastic product. It is a miracle in a bottle as it has completely cleared up my eczema which I suffered with for over 20 years. This amazing product gets five stars from me!
Your oils are always special. This is one of my favourite scents. Thanks
These beauties look lovely in my bathroom but better than looking great, the products are divine, the wash gentle and the hand cream really moisturising without being too rich.
They would make a fantastic present, Christmas, birthday, any day!!!
