Organic Basil is refreshing, uplifting and a tonic for nerves. It is said to be a natural energy booster for mind and body. It is warming, good for everyday muscle aches and pains and is said to help with effective respiration. It also often used as an insect repellent.
Sweet Basil is a wonderfully effective essential oil and only a very small amount is needed for a big affect. If you use too much Sweet Basil in a blend it can maker your skin itch. A small amount is great in blends for after exercise or general aches and pains. It is warming, stimulating and comforting. As it is such a strong oil it should also be avoided during pregnancy or when breast feeding.
Sweet Basil can help with nerves and is a great natural energiser.

DIRECTIONS.
6 drops in a bath or vaporisor or 5 drops diluted in 10ml of vegetable oil for massage.
For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not get in eyes. Flammable. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

You can of course state in the NOTES BOX when checking out that you do not want the bag. If you do not specify, you will receive a bag.
We have to protect the glass during transit so we use acid free tissue paper in blue which looks beautiful. We can also add a handwritten card if you are sending as a gift. Simply mention the words you require in NOTES BOX when you check out.
