A little peppermint essential oil goes a long way. Just one drop in a blend will have a big affect. It is both warming and cooling. This is because the body reacts to the warming affect of peppermint by cooling the surface area so it works very well for fevers and sweating. One of my favourite uses for peppermint essential oil is to add it to a cool foot bath on a hot day which cools your entire body.
In skincare peppermint is good for troublesome skin but again, only a tiny amount is needed. It promotes clear thinking simply by inhaling a drop rubbed between the palms if your hands. This can also be useful for shock and / or headaches. For headaches and migraine a cool flannel soaked in water with a few drops of peppermint oil in can be helpful.
Wiping down surfaces with a weak water solution of peppermint can keep away ants and a stronger dilution outside helps to deter vermin.
Peppermint is not an essential oil to use in the evening as it can be too stimulating.

DIRECTIONS.
6 drops in a bath or vaporisor or 5 drops diluted in 10ml of vegetable oil for massage.
For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not get in eyes. Flammable. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

We have to protect the glass during transit so we use acid free tissue paper in blue which looks beautiful. We can also add a handwritten card if you are sending as a gift. Simply mention the words you require in NOTES BOX when you check out.
