Clary Sage should not be confused with regular sage - salvia officials. Clary sage is well known for its use during labour as it is a uterine tonic but for this reason, it should not be used during pregnancy, only when labour is imminent. It is also an aphrodisiac.
It is best to not drink alcohol whilst using Clary Sage as it can induce a ‘merry state’ and might exaggerate drunkeness! It can be used to calm nerves and tension related conditions such as migraine and headaches.
Because of its astringent affect, it is good for use on oily skin and for treating boils, ulcers and acne. In conjunction with other oils it is useful in respiratory conditions as it makes you feel stronger and can promote deeper breathing.

DIRECTIONS.
6 drops in a bath or vaporisor or 5 drops diluted in 10ml of vegetable oil for massage.
For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not get in eyes. Flammable. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

We have to protect the glass during transit so we use acid free tissue paper in blue which looks beautiful. We can also add a handwritten card if you are sending as a gift. Simply mention the words you require in NOTES BOX when you check out.
