YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!

Here are our beautiful new candles in production. Hand poured by local candle maker Siobhan of Ike and Gabe Candles into totally unique pots also made by a local artisan. Everything about these candles is special. They are fragranced with our own Angelico Aromatherapeutic Blends. We use these blends in our Reed Diffusers so if you have a favourite Reed Diffuser you will definitely want to try these. Our Aromatherapeutic Candles are made from sustainably sourced soya wax with braided paper wicks making them as eco conscious as they are beautiful.

Due to the hand made nature of these candles we hope you will order ahead to avoid disappointment - I can hardly believe I’m saying this! Never have I used a hard sell but we love them so much and we don’t want any of our special customers to miss out. This is all so exciting - we can’t wait to share with you.

These candles give a lovely gentle glow but they are more about the therapeutic fragrance that gently fills the room. Even when they are not lit, by simply leaving the lid off for a few hours you will come home to a beautiful gentle aroma.

As with our Diffusers, our new candles come in five different aromatherapeutic fragrances. They are;

FESTIVE - Warm, sparkly, seasonal essential oils of Star Anise, Sweet Orange, Cinnamon, Mandarin & Lemon. Place your Festive Candle in your hallway and the fragrance will make everyone who enters feel Christmassy and full of joyful anticipation.

FOCUS - Cool, balancing oils of Rosemary, Spearmint, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Lime. For study, work or refocusing your attention. Place your Angelico Focus candle close by to concentrate your attention on the task at hand.

MEDITATIVE - Dreamlike oils of Sandalwood, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Cedarwood and Vetivert. For meditation, yoga or just to chill out. Place your Angelico Meditative candle close by to clear your mind and refresh your body.

RELAXING - Luxurious oils of Neroli, Mandarin, Rose Geranium, Ylang Ylang & Lavender. Place your Angelico Relaxing Candle wherever you want to create a calm and soothing atmosphere.

REVITALISING - Uplifting oils of Petitgrain, Lemon Verbena, Mandarin, May Chang & Basil. Place your Angelico Revitalising Candle wherever you want to create a space to recharge your batteries or to feel a little more energetic.

MY LAVENDER MONTH

I always want to write about new things but Lavender just keeps rising to the top of my hit parade.... Last month we went to our friends' amazing Lavender Farm near Chichester. They open for a whole week each summer to welcome the public into their Lavender fields. It is spectacularly beautiful.

ALL ABOUT ROSE GERANIUM ESSENTIAL OIL

Rose Geranium is the rosier smelling version of Geranium essential oil. It used to always have the word roseum at the end of its Latin name to distinguish one from the other but now the Latin names on Geranium essential oils is nearly always the same for both - pelargonium graveolens.

MY CURRENT SKIN & SOUL SAVIOUR ANGELICO SERUM FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

To keep my mind balanced and to retain some semblance of personal care I turned to essential oils as always and specifically to my Serum. I like to swap my Serum from time to time and our Serum for Sensitive Skin is my current skin and soul saviour.
